Smoked Mackeral Pate 

  • 4 smoked mackerel fillets
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sacue
  • 200gm butter
  • Handful coriander, chopped
  • Handful chives, chopped
  • Sprinkling of cracked Black Pepper


Remove the skin from the mackerel, then put all the ingredients in to a food processor and whizz until smooth.

Serve with crusty bread or whatever else you like to dip.



Smoked Haddock

Simply add a splash of milk, a little salt and pepper and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.



Smoked Salmon

Treat yourself to a sumptious breakfast.

Simply halve, toast and butter a bagel. Lay a slice of smoked salmon on each half and top with scrambled egg. Sprinkle over some cracked black pepper and tuck in!
