Salmon chunks marinaded in a sauce of Maple Syrup, a dash or two of Hot Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, a squeeze of Lime juice and sesame seeds.
Dip the chunks into panko crumbs the pan fry in a little olive oil. Serve with a simple salad of vine tomatoes, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese and baby leaves.
