This is the perfect winter warmer and makes a great centerpiece for any table


  • 1 pack seafood mix or fish pie mix
  • 1 tub crème friache
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 packs ready rolled puff pastry
  • spring onions
  • splash of milk
  • butter
  • salt and pepper


  1. Take some ready rolled puff pastry and score a rectangle leaving a thin edge.
  2. Combine the seafood mix (any combination) with the crème fraiche, spring onion, black pepper and two of the eggs.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the pastry.
  4. Top with another sheet of pastry, sealing the edges with egg wash. Score the top and brush with egg wash made from the remaining egg and the milk.
  5. Cook for 30 minutes or until golden.
  6. Can be used to make small individual portions.
  7. Serve with seasonal vegetables.
