2 Haddock portions 

Quinao

Spinach

Peppers

Tomatoes
Feta Cheese

Avocado

Sweetcorn

Pulses

Season the haddock with Cajun spices and cook as per instructions on cook bag

Prep time: 3-4 mins

Cook time: Haddock – 18 mins

                    Quinoa – 15 mins

A nice simple, quick nutritious and very tasty meal in little over 20 mins from start to finish!
