Serves 2


  • 2 salmon portions
  • 1 small red chilli
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp. fish oil
  • 2 tbsp. honey


Mix the chilli, garlic, fish oil and honey together in a bowl. Add the salmon fillets, cover with cling film and leave to baste for at least 20 minutes.   When ready to cook place salmon poritons in the bag with the marinade.   Carefully remove the tape and fold the bag over to seal.   Place in the microwave, based on 900W microwave cook for 2-3 minutes, increase the time slightly if your microwave is a lower wattage.   If using a conventional oven cook at 180 for 10-15 minutes.

Ovens do vary, please ensure food is cooked and piping hot before serving.   Be aware of hot contents when opening the bag.
